General questions
What types of games are there? 
Play Belot offers classic Bulgarian Belot for four – two against two – with trump bids, "No Trumps" and "All Trumps", contra and recontra, and all the announcements (tierce, 50, 100, carré and belot). You can choose: • Quick game – press "Play" and the system seats you at a table with other players. • Stake tables – choose how many chips to stake. • Tournaments – with an entry fee and a prize pool. • VIP Room – tables for players with a VIP subscription. • Club Exclusive – a private room for the most active players.
How do I pay for a subscription?
In the game, open the Shop ("Buy chips / VIP") and select the VIP subscriptions tab. Choose the period, then the payment method, and follow the steps. Prices include VAT. Your subscription is activated immediately after a successful payment. You can see all your purchases in the "Transactions" section of your profile.
How do I block someone in the game?
Open the player's profile – tap their avatar at the table or their name in the chat or leaderboard – and choose "Block". This stops all contact with that player. You can see all blocked players under "Friends", in the "Blocked" tab. From there you can unblock anyone at any time.
Account questions
I forgot my password. How do I log in to my account?
On the login screen press "Forgot password" and enter the e-mail you registered with. You'll receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password. If you've only ever logged in with Google or Facebook, you can use the same steps to set a password for e-mail login too.
How do I log in as a guest?
On the login screen press "Log in as guest" – you start playing straight away, no registration needed. Keep in mind that guest progress (chips, stats, friends) is not saved. If you enjoy it, register to keep everything in your own account.
Why should I register?
When you register, your chips, stats and game history are saved and available on any device. You get bonus chips when you register and when you confirm your e-mail, a daily bonus and a bonus for every friend you invite. You can add friends, write in the chat, take part in tournaments and leaderboards, and get a VIP subscription. You can log in with e-mail, Google or Facebook.
Game questions
What tournaments are there and how do I take part?
In the "Tournaments" section you can see upcoming and active tournaments – with the entry fee, the prize and the number of players. Press "Sign up". If the tournament is full, you can join the waiting list. Up until a set time before the start you can withdraw, and your entry fee will be refunded. When the tournament begins, the game takes you to your table automatically.
How do I play in the VIP Room?
The VIP Room is available to players with a VIP subscription. There you can see the open VIP tables, filter by stake, and join a table or create your own. Your friends can watch the game as spectators. A VIP subscription also lets you change your nickname and avatar (including your own photo), gift chips, and gives you access to the exclusive leaderboard and a bigger daily bonus.
How do I play in Club Exclusive?
Club Exclusive is a private room for the most dedicated players, with exclusive tables and a club chat. Access unlocks automatically once you meet the criteria: number of games played, minimum win rate, few timed-out moves and abandoned games, and chips won. You can track your progress on the club page in the game.
