Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website playbelot.bg and of the online game Belot, available at belot.playbelot.bg (together referred to as the "Platform"), provided by [GTA Bid & Play ], UIC [207826582], with registered office and address of management [Ruse Province 7051 ] (the "Operator", "we").

1. Acceptance of the terms

By registering an account or by using the Platform, you declare that you have read these Terms of Use and accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Age

The Platform is intended for persons who have reached 18 years of age. Persons under 18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Purchases on the Platform may be made only by persons of full age.

3. Account

Access to the game requires registration with an email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all actions performed through your account. Transferring, selling or sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Virtual chips and virtual items

Chips and other virtual items in the game have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn or exchanged for money or goods outside the Platform. They constitute a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for use within the game. Belot is not a gambling game — no monetary winnings are offered.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

The Platform offers the purchase of virtual chips and VIP subscriptions. Payment via a virtual POS terminal is made by debit/credit card through V-POS. Visa, Mastercard and bCard debit, credit and business cards are accepted. Transactions are carried out through the Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure security programmes. We do not store data of the bank cards used for payment through the site. Where a refund of an amount paid by bank card is necessary, the amount is refunded to the same card. Prices are stated before each purchase. By making a purchase of digital content, you give your express consent for performance to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under Art. 57(13) of the Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП). VIP subscriptions renew in accordance with the terms stated at the time of purchase and may be cancelled at any time from the account settings.

6. Prohibited conduct

• use of bots, automation or external tools;
• fixing games, exploiting bugs or fraud;
• offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content in chat and in the profile;
• attempts at unauthorised access to the Platform or to other users' accounts.

In the event of a violation, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the account, including by removing virtual items acquired through the violation.

7. Intellectual property

All content of the Platform (code, design, graphics, sounds, texts, trademarks) is the property of the Operator or of its licensors and is protected by law.

8. Advertising

The Platform displays advertisements, including rewarded advertisements, provided by Google. The display of personalised advertisements depends on your consent — see the Cookie Policy.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for the loss of virtual items as a result of technical problems, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Termination and deletion of account

You may delete your account at any time from the game settings. Upon deletion, virtual chips and items are lost without compensation.

11. Amendments

We may amend these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email.

12. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Consumers may file complaints with the Consumer Protection Commission (КЗП) (kzp.bg) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
