This policy describes how [GTA Bid & Play], UIC [207826582], with registered office [Ruse Province 7051] ("GTA Bid & Play", the "Controller") processes the personal data of users of playbelot.bg and belot.playbelot.bg in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ЗЗЛД).
1. What data we process
- Account data — email address, username/nickname, password (stored encrypted), profile picture, country, language.
- Game data — results, statistics, level, virtual balance, game and tournament history, chat messages.
- Purchase data — payment and subscription history. Card data is processed by licensed payment service providers; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, security logs.
- Marketing data — registration source (UTM parameters, referral code) and, subject to consent, data from advertising cookies.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- providing the game and performing the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations — accounting, tax legislation (point (c));
- security, prevention of fraud and abuse — legitimate interest (point (f));
- personalised advertising and analytics — only with your consent (point (a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Recipients of data
Data is provided to: hosting and technical infrastructure providers; payment service providers; Google (advertising — see how Google uses data); accounting and legal advisers. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention periods
Account data is stored for as long as the account exists. Upon deletion of the account, the data is erased or anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting documents — up to 10 years). Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent given. You may delete your account from the game settings or contact us at [support@playbelot.com].
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД) — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
6. Children
The Platform is not intended for persons under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data of children under that age.

The current version of this policy is always available on this page. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. support@playbelot.com
